1. The first image is ICONIC of your break...that is, if you could sum up your entire 2 weeks in one photo, what would it be?
2. The second is a VISUAL METAPHOR - find a photo that could be a metaphor for something - for example, an abstract concept like "hope", "resilience", "fear", or "love". Visual metaphors have no right or wrong, as long as you are able to defend why it is so.
3. The third image is a VISUAL METAPHOR RELATED to the LITERATURE WE ARE STUDYING - you could choose something that relates to a character or an idea / theme in the work. For example, something that's a metaphor for "ambition" (Macbeth) or an image that's a metaphor for "isolation" (Kokoro).

This Spring Break I got to go on a trip to Japan. This represents the trip because during springtime cherry blossoms and other beautiful flowers bloom in Japan. The most popular and famous flower is cherry blossoms also know as sakura. My family and I were lucky enough to get to see the sakura throughout the some of the cities of japan we visited. Since it only lasts for about a week I was very happy and thankful we got to see the sakura.

During my trip I saw a cat and took a photo. I felt that this image is a metaphor for anger because of the cat's expression. It looks like quite the angry cat, ready to attack someone or something. Especially the way the ears are and the squinting in the cat's eyes it looks quite angry about something.
Image Three
I think this image is a metaphor for Lady Macbeth. It is beautiful, but a bit extravagant and crazy seeing that it is a temple made of gold. Just like how Lady Macbeth was is portrayed as a beautiful woman who has these extravagant ideas of killing the king and after the crime her and her husband Macbeth commit she starts to become crazy.
